"If I had a Million Dollars given to me" I would ask the class to write a blog on what you would do if you had a million dollars given to them and what would they do with it. Then what would they do with it if they weren't able to keep it.
I choose this because I would like to get people to think about how it can be truly more fulfilling to give than to receive.
I love this idea and agree that we as a society have gotten to caught up in give me and don't think about others like we should. This would be a very interesting topic to write about and read others thoughts.
ReplyDeleteInteresting...I used to open the class with this very same thing (to check people's writing). There was a stipulation. The benefactor was anonymous, and they could tell no one they received the money.
